The Virtual Patient Group was initially set up during the COVID-19 pandemic for patients who wanted to be part of our patient participation group but were unable to attend in-person meetings due to restrictions and safety concerns. This virtual format provided a way for patients to stay involved while minimizing risk. However, we recognize that some patients either do not have access to IT or prefer face-to-face interactions. To accommodate everyone, we are now inviting these patients to join us for in-person sessions, ensuring that all voices can be heard and included in our community's healthcare discussions and decisions.
You will be contacted from time to time via email whereby we will get your views on the quality of care and the services we provide at Barton House.
Any suggestions from you will be discussed in our patient group meetings and all suggestions from you will be published on the website.
What is the purpose of the Group?
