The practice has been asking patients what they thought of their consultation with the GP.

Between September 2012 and February 2013, Dr Addy, Dr Katiyar, Dr Doshi, Dr Bench, Dr Clouter and Dr Bohn asked patients they had seen to complete a survey which sought their views on their consultation

We have had results back from three of the GPs (Dr Addy, Dr Katiyar and Dr Doshi) and we are delighted to report that patients scored their consultation good to excellent. The survey is available for you to down load here. Patient Survey

“Super Patient” Group Event ...
On the 29th January 2013, Barton House hosted a “Super Patient Group” event. Practices all over north Hackney invited their patients to come to Barton House to talk about the changes currently taking place in the Health Service. The meeting was very well attended. Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Out of Hours
Call the practice on 020 7249 5511. Your call will automatically be transferred to HARMONI our out-of-hours service provider. Telephone calls to the out of hours service are routinely tape-recorded as a safe-guard for patients and staff alike
